We provide both a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, as well as a drip coffee maker. Please bring your own coffee for the drip pot.
A bar-height dining table encourages you to share meals together (maybe even without electronics!) as you discuss the exciting events of the day and even better plans for tomorrow.
Throughout the home, you’ll find modern conveniences including a Nest thermostat, USB charging ports, and a smart lock for easy self check-ins. Feel free to pack light: you’ll have a washer / dryer of your own here, too.
Sleeping Accommodations & Bathrooms
The primary bedroom is home to a king size bed under a vaulted ceiling, with beautifully coordinating artwork. You’ll enjoy private access to an open deck, perfect for a late-night glass of wine or some romantic stargazing. A walk-in closet and HDTV are great additions. The ensuite bath offers a tub/shower.
The guest room is smartly outfitted with a queen bed and XL twin trundle to accommodate a variety of sleeping arrangements. Occupants can also enjoy an HDTV. The guest bath also offers a tub/shower.
The living room also offers a convertible sofa / full bed.
Other Things to Note
The home is located in a residential neighborhood in which courtesy and respect for neighbors is expected. Disturbances will not be tolerated.
Quiet hours of 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced.
No parties or events of any kind.
STRICT maximum of 4 guests.
The home is NOT setup to accommodate children from either a suitability or a safety standpoint.
Though we love animals, the HOA (homeowners association) prohibits non-owner pets.

Life has its ways of letting you know where you need to be. After a health scare in 2014, I decided I wasn’t going to wait any longer to build the home I’d been dreaming of. While I’d traveled all up and down the Carolina Coast, I knew that Southport was where I should be. Soon after, I met my Aussie husband and the rest, as they say, is history.
We began a home remodeling business and have spent our time breathing new life into homes in our beloved community and beyond. Inspired by fond memories of attending equestrian competitions in Southern Pines years ago, we took several weekend getaways to this charming area with loads of Southern hospitality! We just love the atmosphere here and thought it would be a wonderful addition to our portfolio.
It’s important to us to seek out those destinations with a unique flair and set of attractions that guests can’t find elsewhere. We’re pleased to offer this lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath home single family home to Pinehurst area travelers. We have poured both our time and our hearts into this remodeling and we must say, we are very pleased with the results. We hope our guests will come to appreciate Pinehurst and its many attractions as much as we have.
